I have been using Trent Park Properties LLP for over 6 years on my Property Portfolio , where I am a leaseholder and own the freeholds. I have found Trent Park Properties and Elliot to be professional and are dealing with the day to day issues quickly and cost effectively. Currently the buildings are being maintained well and are in good condition .The meetings at the properties have always been on time and the accounts have always been issued correctly.

This is to confirm that I have been a client of Trent Park Properties since 2005 when I moved in to the property.
During the time I have been living at the property , a new roof has been arranged and installed and more recently the Communal Areas have been refurbished, including the installation of double glazing and carpet which has improved the entrance to the Properties . Also if any problems occur concerning the maintenance, residents can confidently contact Elliot who always manages to resolve any urgent issues.
On the whole the property and gardens are maintained and tended very well, recently wall insulation has been installed which will be beneficial and keep the flats warm.
I have always been happy with the service provided by Elliot and his team, most helpful and respectful and accommodating and always willing to help and resolve any urgent situations that arise.
