  • Project advice and planning with client
  • Drawing up a schedule of works and obtaining quotations
  • Obtaining references and visiting and checking other jobs carried out by the winning                   contractor if not previously been used by us
  • Collection of funds
  • Site meeting with the contractors before they start works to agree in detail how the works             will be carried out
  • Organising for the works to commence
  • Site visits, inspections and supervision during the works to ensure that the contractors are         following the specification and their quotation, and to ensure that the work is being carried         out to a high standard 
  • Final inspection of the works on completion and any snagging to be made good before any         final payments are made to the contractors.
