EMERGENCIES


In the event of an emergency, it is very important that the right help gets to you without delay.


If there is an emergency situation which presents an immediate threat to life or to your property, such as a fire or flooding in your building you should immediately call the emergency services on ‘999’


Trent Park Properties provides an emergency 24-hour helpline available to property owners 365 days a year.  This can be used to contact Trent Park Properties to report issues that may require an out of hours response. Call the Trent Park Properties emergency helpline on ‘07976 566118’


Issues which may require an out of hours response include:


Communal Buildings

  • Significant damage to communal buildings
  • Water leaking inside communal buildings or from any flats
  • No electricity in communal areas
  • Any fire damage
  • Lift or car park gate breakdown

Estate

  • Fallen / dangerous tree
  • Fire damage
  • Blocked drains
  • Sewage flooding
  • Surface water flooding in the road or street outside the building
  • Broken or missing drain covers

In the event of a non-emergency, please send an email to us detailing your maintenance issue. We will respond to your email during normal working hours.
